All inspection services, repair estimates, contracts, guarantees, and physical roof work are performed independently by the third-party roofing contractor selected and dispatched to your property. Any contractual, financial, or warranty relationship exists solely between you and the independent contractor.

3. Illinois Home Repair Act & Deductible Compliance

All consumers utilizing this referral service acknowledge that repair agreements executed with dispatched contractors must comply with the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Act (815 ILCS 513). Specifically, under Illinois statutory section 815 ILCS 513/15, it is unlawful for any roofing contractor to rebate, pay, waive, or promise to pay all or part of any insurance deductible as an inducement to enter into a contract.

Property owners are legally responsible for payment of any insurance deductible applicable under their property casualty policies. RoofExpertUSA Springfield upholds strict ethical standards and does not affiliate with contractors who engage in unlawful deductible rebating or insurance claim misrepresentation.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties & Performance

This website, informational resources, and referral coordination services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. RoofExpertUSA Springfield expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or workmanship quality.
